When a bay is born breeched, this means he comes out with his feet first. This is not a common occurance since it only happens in three out of one hundred births. You need to find a doctor who is willing to do a vaginal birth and who has had experience in catching breech babies. This is the same ifyou are having twins. There a risks involved so it is important to talk to your doctor about its possibilities. Here in the Philippines it is a common practice among obstetricians to routinely do a caesarean surgery.
