Zamboanga Trip

Zamboanga is a beautiful place to visit. This was only my 2nd time to visit. We were celebrated by dancing and music at the airport because it was their festival. I took advantage of PAL’s discounted ticket offer months ago.

I was there with the TBW, “The Beautiful Widows” group, Marlane, Susan, Emy, Julie and Mayette from Oct.11-13,2007. We stayed in the house of Didit Araneta Reyes.


They lived on top of a hill with a huge garden all around the house. Behind were the mountains! It was a perfect place to rest and bond with friends.

There was something about the fresh air and the place that mades us want to eat more. I must have put on a few pounds!

Didit and her 85 year old mom were the best hosts ever! Her mom looks so young and vibrant. She could easily be mistaken as 75 years old!

    So you finally entered my blog Miss Didit! When and where is our next trip? I’ve aksed Peachy. If you ladies want, we could plan to go to Bukidnon next. Meanwhile, ipon muna tayo.
