St. Luke’s will be having another run of the TFC lecture series and we would like to invite you again! We are planning to make all our sessions, interactive, so as not to bore the participants. As per suggested by the previous participants, the whole session will be purely on exercises and relaxation. We are thinking of using mats and bean bags and an exercise ball, to encourage participation. Please bring your own yoga mats.
