PASIG VENUE: 8 Phoenix Subdivision, HP Javier St. corner Canley Road, Pasig (across Victoria Court Motel along Shaw Blvd. and the same side and street as Valle Verde Country Club, Nipa Hut and Bagaberde Bar)
Time: 1:30-5:30pm Sundays (subject to change, check in Up Coming Events regularly)
MAKATI VENUE: 2255 Avocado St., Dasmarinas Village, Makati
Time: 9-12:30pm Saturdays (subject to change, Check Up Coming Events regularly)
Total number of hours:12 to 16 hours in 4 consecutive Sunday (Pasig and or Makati) sessions
Bring: Yoga mat, 2 bed pillows, water and food for yourself, wear pants
Fee: P3,900. (discounted from P4,500 starting November 2007 up to further notice) full payment upon registration, none refundable
FREE Yoga Class: Given by a yoga teacher. Not fixed. Must pre-register so that we may notify you of any change.

When to start: Any day of the class even on the 2nd, 3rd or 4th session
