Beware of some hidden 14 day policy, if you order the free trial and don’t call 866-964-1011 before the end of 14 days you are automaticly enrolled in the membership and charged the 78.81 and then sent out regular shipments for the same amount at the beginning of every month. When you call to cancel and return the shipment they only give you a portion of the credit because you have to open the package to get the order number off the packing slip that they require to find your account. Total Scam do not buy from them go to your local health food and vitamin store they probably have a similar product.

Advanced Wellness Research Inc. is a scam. I ordered the trial for $4.99 and then got the whopper billings on my charge card and they continued even when I returned product unopened and shipped it with a tracking delivery receipt required. I did not agree to any shipments or contracts or anything of the sort. I did not know they were going to ship me more product until it showed up and they billed me $78.81. I phoned their customer service number 1.866.964.1011 and there is no way to talk to a human nor leave a message. I tried for days and nights and I could never talk to a real person or leave a message. “Advanced Wellness” they are not and their phone technology is sooo convenient so you cannot cancel or dispute their unauthorized shipments and charges.
I filed a dispute with my charge card company. I then got another charge on my statement for $83.80. I phoned my charge card company again to see if there are any other charges that I have not seen since a statement is not due for another three weeks and they charged my card AGAIN for $83.80. WOW what a scam! BEWARE!
Thank goodness my charge card company is VERY WELL aware of these scam artists and are now blocking charges and have informed me that they will issue credits on my card. Don’t we all have something better to do?
I ordered the free trial and called to cancel before the 14 day trial period ended.. only to be charged $78.88 on my charge card. I called AGAIN and was told they could credit me $50.00 and would charge $18.88 for the next shipment and I would have to call AGAIN to cancel that one !!! I kept telling them I wanted everything cancelled but kept getting the same reply…they would credit me $50.00 and would charge $18.88 for the next shipment. For something that was supposed to be a free trial, this is a real CON…… BEWARE !!!!
THis company is a FRAUD!!! Advanced Wellness stole 162.61 from my account without my consent. If I am not refunded full amount in 3 to 5 business days as promised I will seek out charges filed, I called to cancel my order 3 times and to no avail.. NOw Im being charged for a product i never recieved. THen told I cannot be refunded ful amount only 60.00 what the hell kind of business are you people!!!!!! I demand a full refund,

This company is the biggest ripoff. If you haven’t done business with them, then don’t. If you have already made the mistake as I did, then call your credit card company immediately, file a dispute, and be sure you change your account number. Don’t let these crooks cheat you. People like this belong in jail!
The only compliant I have is that the shipping was a couple of days off than it was originally supposed to be,But I love the acai berry supplement It really works wonders!
Shipping took a pretty good while. And i think it was a little expensive. But it worked great.
