IMPORTANT NOTICE; THERE WERE NOT ENOUGH STUDENTS WHO REGISTERED IN PCC 176 IN PASIG SO IT WILL NOT PUSH THROUGH. INSTEAD JOIN THE MAKATI CLASS. SEE YOU ALL IN PULSE YOGA MAKATI AT 9-12PM ON AUGUST 9 SUNDAY!

Dates:
Aug. 9, 16 (no class), 23, 30, Sept. 6
Sept. 13, 20, 27, Oct. 4 (no class), Oct. 11
(4 Suns. The dates are subject to change so please visit at the latest a day before the class.)

PCC 177 & 179 Makati
Time: 9-12pm
Venue: UPRC Bldg 2289 Pasong Tamo Ext., Pulse Yoga Studio
Directions: Across Chery Car Service & Toyota. There is a very hign & big hanging sign: “Bridgestone” after that sign is UPRC Bldg. If you’re coming from the South, turn right to go inside that small side road to go to Pulse Yoga Studio

PCC176 &amp (NOT PUSHING THROUGH); 178 Pasig
NOTE: Tentative class. Pre-register anyway & we will advice you the Saturday, a day before the class, if it is pushing through. It will depend on the number of participants pre-registered for the class.
You may join the Makati class if there will be no Pasig class. Since it is a Sunday, there is NO traffic & it is easy to find.
Time: 1:30-4:30pm
Venue: 10 Washington Extension, Parkwood, Ph1 A, Maybunga, Pasig
Directions: From Ortigas Ext. go until Rosario Bridge, rt C. Raymundo (before Shell gas station), lft F. Legaspi (Cor. So. Star Drug & St. Therese Hosp.), rt Market Ext., lft Parkwood Greens, after Guard post rt Lincoln Bend, rt Washington Ext., last bldg

Bring: mat, 2 bed pillows, snack & drink for you, wear comfy lose cool clothing, best to be in shorts or pants

Charge: P4,500/couple (full payment on day one , non refundable)
