July 12, 19, 26, Aug. 2
Time: 2-5pm
Venue: 10 Washington Extension, Parkwood, Ph1A, Maybunga, Pasig
Direction: From Ortigas Ext., go up Rosario Bridge, right C. Raymundo (2nd street after the bridge and before the Shell gas station), left F. Legaspi ( corner of South Star Drug and St. Therese Hosp.), right Market Ext., left Parkwood Greens Executive Village, right Lincoln Bend St. (that’s after the guard), right Washington Ext., all the way to the end.
NOTE: ALWAYS VISIT MY SITE A DAY BEFORE THE CLASS FOR ANY CHANGES ESPECIALLY ON THE VENUE.
Bring: Mat, 2 bed pillows, snack & drink for you, ball pen & paper for notes, wear pants
