Dealing with Thrombosed Hemorrhoids

When you initially get hemorrhoids you will find there is a lot if information available to you regarding the two different types of hemorrhoids. One of the types is internal and occurs inside your anal area, while the other type is the external type which is where the Thrombosed hemorrhoid starts. When a person experiences a Thrombosed hemorrhoid, this means there are clots in the veins causing them to protrude and making them clearly visible. Thrombosed Hemorrhoids can be extremely painful and causes the person a lot irritation. Many times the Thrombosed hemorrhoid looks and like a raisin, it is usually quite hard and when you are sitting down it will be really painful.
In most cases the thrombosed hemorrhoid is usually harder and darker than a normal hemorrhoid, instead of being a reddish color it will be more of a purple color. The reason is because it is actually strangling your vein in this area which means it is keeping the blood from flowing. Depending on how bad the pain is or other factors, you may need to have a surgical procedure in order to get rid of this often painful problem.
There may also be some other treatments that will help rid you of the thrombosed hemorrhoid or at least offer you some temporary relief from the problem. In some cases  a person may choose that they do not have to treat the condition because they think it will simply go away, instead it just makes the situation worse, If you have thrombosed hemorrhoid, you may also try treatments such as increase in fiber intake or additional fluids. You may also find that you may lose the thrombosed when the clot dissolves itself.
Other things that people may try are to take a warm bath or to try out one of the many creams there are on the market. The thrombosed hemorrhoid is usually relieved when you have a hot bath, because it will make your veins larger and may help to move along the clot you have in your anus. You may also want to purchase some creams that will help you to get some relief while you figure out a more effective treatment for the thrombosed hemorrhoid.
The last of the options is the dreaded thrombosed hemorrhoid surgery, in which the doctor makes a small incision in the hemorrhoids and squeezes the clot through the hole. This removes this clot however does not stop you from having further problems with future blood clots. You may instead of surgery look for a natural cure that will take away the total problem of hemorrhoids and keep you from getting any further occurrences of thrombosed hemorrhoids.

After suffering from Hemorrhoids most of my life I found a solution with the bathroom bidet sprayer they use in Thailand. Available at: http://www.bathroomsprayers.com it allows you to get clean without irritating the sensitive and you can even use it to shoot some water up the pipes if you are constipated. Lessens the strain and improves hygiene in a gentler more natural way. See; http://www.bathroomsprayers.com/info/mypage.php?page=19.
